Staff must have current first aid, vulnerable sector check, experience working with children in an outdoor environment and a love of the outdoors. We follow a child-led, play based philosophy and are outside in all weather. Preference given to people with (or working on) a Forest School Practitioner certificate, ETOL, Education degree, ECE or other similar education.

VOLUNTEER
Ranche Ramblers gives students an opportunity to volunteer along side our experienced Forest School staff. This afterschool program is an ideal space for those interested in outdoor education and recreation to get their feet wet (figuratively & literally) co-conspiring with our after school program.
